The Lexington Municipal Complex has three conference/board rooms that can accommodate 12 to 15 people. These meeting spaces are ideal for small meetings, workshops and training sessions.

Please review the Facility Rental Guidelines prior to renting the facility.
Notes
1) Conference Center rooms and the Eli Mack room rates include setup and takedown fee and use of the catering kitchen
2) All reductions and waivers of fees must be approved by Town Council.
3) Fees are for up to five hours of use. Additional hours may include additional fees.
4) In-town rates apply only to those with residence or businesses located inside the Town of Lexington limits.
* Technical support exceeding one hour will be billed at $50 per hour over the initial fee.
** Deposits are in addition to the rental fees and will be retained by the Town if reservations are cancelled within 30 days of the event or if their is damage to the facility.
Refundable deposits will be returned after the event upon satisfactory inspection by the Town.
